jaka wersje masz amx-a 1.80?? musisz miec 1.80 aby poprawnie dzilalo, plik amxx wsadzasz do amxmodx/plugins a sma do amxmodx/scripting i dajesz do config wejdz w plik plugins i dopisz tam nazwe tego pluginu czyli : nazwaplugina.amxx
